Intestinal Cleanse
Directions:
IMPORTANT NOTE: Intestinal Cleanse stimulates muscular movement in the Colon. It is STEP TWO of Doc Shillington’s “LIFETIME HEALTH PROGRAM”, and is in the 1st part of the Total Body Cleanse. If a person has Colitis, an ulcerated Colon, Crohn’s Disease, an irritated, aggravated, or inflamed Bowel or 3 or 4 bowel movements a day with some Diarrhea, they do not need to use Intestinal Cleanse. They want to soothe and clean so they do the Intestinal Detox ONLY!!!* Intestinal Detox will firm up the feces and give great relief and healing to the bowel. Possibly, at some future date, the Intestinal Cleanse may be needed by those with the above conditions.
Therapeutic Action: This stimulating formula is both cleansing, healing and strengthening to the entire gastro-intestinal system. It stimulates the muscles of the intestines and over time it will actually strengthen those muscles. In addition this formula stops food from staying in the intestines too long and rotting. It disinfects, cleans the mucous membrane lining of your entire digestive tract, improves digestion, relieves gas and cramps, destroys Candida albicans overgrowth, destroys and expels other intestinal Parasites, promotes a healthy intestinal flora, increases gastrointestinal circulation, increases the flow of Bile which, in turn, helps to clean the Gallbladder, and the Liver.
Organic and Wildcrafted Ingredients: Cape Aloe leaf, Barberry root, Cascara Sagrada aged bark, Garlic bulb, Senna leaf, Turkey Rhubarb root, Black Walnut hull, Clove bud, Fennel Seed, Ginger root, Wormwood, and Cayenne (Habanero).
Contraindications: Do not use during pregnancy without the guidance of your health care professional.
Dosages: Start with only one capsule during or just before dinner in the evening. It works best when taken with food. The next morning you should notice an increase in your bowel action and in the amount of fecal matter that you eliminate. The consistency should also be softer. If you do not notice any difference in your bowel behavior this first morning or the difference wasn’t dramatic, then the second night increase your dosage to two capsules. You can continue to increase your dosage every evening by one capsule until you notice a dramatic difference in the way your bowel works. There is no limit to how long you use this. Most people need 2-6 capsules but a few have needed over 30. It has taken most of us years to create a sluggish bowel, so let’s be patient for a few days and increase by one capsule each day.
Intestinal Cleanse can be taken for a week, a month, a year, or for the rest of your life. It is not addictive. Continue using it until you are having one bowel movement each day for every meal you eat (between 2 and 4 bowel movements a day are normal). Considering Colon / Rectal Cancer and all the other diseases caused by people retaining old fecal matter, I wouldn’t worry about taking too much Intestinal Cleanse. Take it for five days to a week at whatever your dosage is before you start the Intestinal Detox. (See important note above for exceptions.*) Most people will get the desired result of a bowel movement for every meal on 1-6 capsules. For those people who need 7 or more capsules, continue to add 1 capsule each day and when you find your dosage, continue that number for at least 5 more days before starting the Intestinal Detox. This way you will be certain that your Intestinal Cleanse dosage is correct. Make sure you increase your Intestinal Cleanse capsules by 1 and continue taking them when you start the Intestinal Detox.
