Mark’s Raw Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
This can be changed in any way you wish; there are many variations of this base recipe.
In a Vita Mix/blender combine:
1 cup Organic Virgin, Cold Pressed Olive Oil
2 to 3 freshly squeezed lemons or Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
1 to 2 cups Pure water
1 tbs Himalayan Crystal Salt
1 Large Ripe Avocado
2 cups Fresh Organic Tomato, diced
1 cup Fresh Organic Red Bell Pepper, diced
1 cup Raw Hemp Seeds
1 cup Fresh Organic Basil
½ cup Organic Red Onion
Chlorella Powder and or Spirulina tabs/ powder: (For me if the finished color is not a dark emerald green, I didn’t put enough in)
¼ cup Fresh Organic Mint leafs
Cayenne or fresh Hot Pepper of choice – Season to taste
1 tsp Turmeric (Optional)
1 tsp Curry (Optional)
Organic Mustard (Optional)
Directions:
Though this recipe is effective as is, the ingredients and measurements are actually at your discretion for the taste and quantity you wish; I go by instinct and taste. Remember the old rule: you can always add, but you can never take away.
